Kolla in vindflöjlarna här

the north face sale Set at the top of the gated Rocking Horse Ridge community, the three-story house at 10251 Sunrise Lane lies beyond its own private gates. The property offers a 360-degree view, taking in seven counties. Estates in the hills below look like dollhouses.
The home is on more than 5.5 acres. An adjacent 1.4-acre plot of vacant land is being offered by the same seller at $2.19 million.
The property is zoned equestrian. The home's grounds include a helicopter hangar with an attached catering kitchen, a helicopter passenger waiting area with a row of built-in, amphitheater-style seats, and a swimming pool and pool house with his and her bathrooms. Parking is available for more than 80 cars.
The residence, in an unincorporated area north of Tustin, has been the site of charity functions and political events, homeowner Tim Yale said. The house has been in his family since 1973.
Local residents call the property by two nicknames – Easter Hill and Dubbs Hill. Both have noteworthy histories.
The Easter Hill moniker came from stories that worshippers long ago attended Easter sunrise services at the top of the hill, according to Orange County historian Chris Jepsen, though he noted in his blog that historians have disagreed on the exact location.
The property became known as Dubbs Hill after the Walter Cowan family sold it to Carbon Chatley Dubbs in the 1950s. Dubbs developed lightweight but sturdy concrete blocks made of pumice that Yale said were put together along the same general principle as Legos, requiring no grout. Dubbs used the blocks to build the house, including the walls, ceilings and beams.
Yale, 49, owns telldc.com , a website that helps people get responses to their questions from government representatives. He and his wife, Kristy, have raised their children in the house and are looking to downsize, he said.
The home is represented by Marie Gentosi and Mehrina Ahmed of First Team Estates.
